How many firms are functioning without a Strategic Planning! Is it possible? And what is going to happen, when a firm has no Strategic Planning?
The strategic plan helps to define the direction in which a firm must goes forward, and helps in establishing realistic objectives and goals that are in line with the vision and mission charted out for it.
A good strategic plan describes the needed foundation from which a firm can grow, evaluate its success, compensate its employees and linked to its company-level Annual Performance Plan and the Annual Operating Plans of each of each functional departments, and its sub-functions.
This course is about the Development & Implementation of the strategic planning of the firm. The Compensation – When asking about compensation, most people want to know about direct compensation, particularly base pay and variable pay. In the practice it has four major types of direct compensation are hourly wages, salary, commission and bonuses.
The benefits – Among these are paid time off (vacations, holidays, sick days, even pay for jury duty), health insurance (including dental and vision), supplemental benefits (disability, life, …), NSSF contributions, pensions and retirement savings accounts, and stock purchase options etc.
This training course is about Compensation & Benefits Administration we are focusing on planning, organizing, and controlling the direct and indirect payments employees receive for the work they perform. Attendance management – it’s refer to the process of preventing employee time theft by tracking employee working hours, login time, departures, breaks, and time off.
